Celebrate Student Achievement with Personalized Certificates

Celebrate Student Achievement with Personalized Certificates

Completing a course on CodeCombat warrants some celebration! Certificates are a perfect way to end the year with gratitude.

Certificates are live!

When your students complete a course, they can now view certificates. Completion of a course signifies that they are learning key computer science standards, demonstrating grit and perseverance throughout dozens of levels, and showcasing their creativity and imagination when creating their own websites and games.

The CodeCombat team knows how important it is for teachers and schools to acknowledge and celebrate student progress, so we are excited to reward students with the ability to showcase their learning through certificates.

What do the certificates include?

Certificates are personalized to every student, with their chosen hero, the concepts they've learned, some sweet stats, and a link to their projects (for web and game development courses).

Display them. Print them. Share them. This is a great way for family, friends, and school leaders to celebrate student learning.

Ready to check out your students' certificates?

Great! Just head into your teacher dashboard and look under the course progress tab. When you see the "view certificate" icon below, you've found it!

Note: Students will be able to see their certificates in their dashboard as well.
